About this tool
S'QB Pictures (“we”, “us”), an AI-enabled film and video production house at A-110, Majestic Omnia, Sector 4, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India, runs an internal dashboard. Our team uses it to manage S'QB Pictures' LinkedIn and Instagram accounts and our founder's LinkedIn profile.
Only our team can use the dashboard, and nobody else can sign up. This policy covers the dashboard alone. Our website has its own privacy policy.
Data the tool accesses
The tool connects to LinkedIn and Instagram through their official APIs, which we authorise as the account owners. It reads:
- performance figures for our own Page, profile and posts: followers, impressions, reach, views, clicks, reactions, comments and reposts;
- the text, date and link of posts published by our own accounts.
The figures are totals, such as the number of comments on a post. We don't build profiles of the people who follow or engage with our accounts.
How we use it
We use this data only to measure how our own content performs and to plan what we post next.
What we do not do
- We don't read or store private messages.
- We don't profile, contact or target the people who follow or engage with our accounts.
- We don't sell, rent or share this data, or use it for advertising.
Storage and retention
We keep the data in cloud storage, which may be outside India, for as long as we use it for reporting. When we disconnect an account from the dashboard, we delete that account's data.
Keeping data safe
Only our team can sign in to the dashboard, and each sign-in needs a password. We connect to LinkedIn and Instagram through their official sign-in, and we store the access keys encrypted.
Requesting deletion
If you think the tool holds data about you, email surajsharma@sqbpictures.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and a link to your LinkedIn or Instagram profile. We will delete it and confirm within 30 days.

Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
