About these terms
These terms apply to your use of sqbpictures.com (the “site”). S'QB Pictures (“we”, “us”), an AI-enabled film and video production house at A-110, Majestic Omnia, Sector 4, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India, runs the site.
By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it. The projects we make for clients fall under their own written agreements, and these terms don't apply to them.
Our content and ownership
Everything on the site, including films, showreels, clips, stills, posters, animation, AI-generated work, designs, text, logos and the S'QB Pictures name, is owned by S'QB Pictures or by our clients and partners, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Client work is shown with permission. Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners, and showing them does not mean you may use them.
What you may and may not do
You may browse the site, watch our work and share links to its pages. Without our written permission, you may not:
- download, screen-record, copy, re-upload or distribute any video, image or other content;
- edit, remix or use our work in your own projects, pitches, showreels or advertising;
- use our content to train or fine-tune AI models;
- remove or alter watermarks, credits or copyright notices;
- present our work, or our clients' work, as your own;
- scrape or copy the site in bulk, or interfere with its operation or security;
- send false information, spam or harmful material through our forms.
Enquiries, proposals and applications
Sending an enquiry or booking a call does not create a contract. Any project, along with its scope, fees, timelines and ownership of the final work, is governed only by a written agreement signed by both sides. Any price or timeline we mention before then is an estimate.
Applying for a job through the site does not guarantee an interview or an offer. A budget shown for a role is an estimate until we confirm it in a written offer.
Our past work
The site shows projects we have completed. Any views, reach, awards or other results mentioned relate to those specific projects and are not a promise of the same results for future work.
Third-party services and links
The site embeds and links to services run by other companies, such as video platforms, social networks, messaging apps and our call-scheduling tool. Their own terms and policies apply when you use them. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
Disclaimer
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will always be complete, up to date, uninterrupted or free of errors, and we may change or remove any part of it at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, S'QB Pictures is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Reporting misuse
If you find our work being used without permission, or you believe something on the site infringes your rights, write to surajsharma@sqbpictures.com with the details and links. We will look into it and reply.

Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in New Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site.

When we change these terms, we update the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
