Who we are
S'QB Pictures (“we”, “us”) is an AI-enabled film and video production house at A-110, Majestic Omnia, Sector 4, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India. We decide how the personal data in this policy is used, and we answer for it.

Information we collect
- Project enquiries
- Your name, email address, phone number, company, website, the services you want and your message. If you book a call, our scheduling tool also receives your name, email address and the time you pick.
- Job applications
- Your name, email address, phone number, links to your portfolio, reel or résumé, any résumé file you attach, and your answers to the role's questions. The site emails your application to our hiring team and keeps no copy of its own.
- Direct contact
- Your contact details and message, when you email us or write to us on WhatsApp.
- Technical data
- Our hosting provider records your IP address, browser and device type when you visit. We count visits without identifying you. If a page breaks, your browser sends us a short report about the fault so we can fix it.
How we use it
- to reply to your enquiry and plan your project;
- to set up the calls you book;
- to review applications and contact candidates;
- to keep the site secure, block spam and fix faults;
- to see which pages people visit, in total numbers.
We use your details for the purpose you sent them for. If you withdraw your consent, we stop, unless the law requires us to keep a record. We don't use your data for advertising, and no automated system makes decisions about you.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries
- For as long as we discuss or work on your project. If no project follows, we delete your enquiry within two years of our last contact. Records tied to a paid project, such as invoices, we keep for as long as Indian tax law requires.
- Job applications
- Until we fill the role, and for up to 12 months after in case another role suits you. Then we delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
- Technical logs
- Our hosting provider deletes them automatically after a short period.
Keeping data safe
We serve the site only over encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and we filter our forms for spam and abuse. Only our team can sign in to our internal tools, and each sign-in needs a password.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it, you can:
- ask to see the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct or delete it;
- withdraw any consent you have given;
- name someone to use these rights for you if you die or can no longer act for yourself.
Write to surajsharma@sqbpictures.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
Our site and services are for businesses, and our job openings are for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you think a child has sent us their details, tell us and we will delete them.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
